I had read Anatomy and Phsiology information before but I just couldn't quite grasp all the concepts, however, when I read this book, everything just seemed to fall into place and make sense! It truly is a easy to read and understand book! I highely recommend this book to anyone who is intersted in the human body!
This is a wonderful book for anyone who struggles with anatomy and physiology!! Everytihng is explained in clear, easy to understand language and the author often makes up analogies and stories to explain the role of, say cells, better. The book is divided into chapters which makes it easy to reference. The author always explains the basics first and foremost but also gives advanced and more in depth information if you are left wanting more. This is helpful when studying as you can make sure you have grasped the basics before working on the harder things.
Anyone studying medicine will find this book a lifesaver but it's also fabulous for anyone wanting to learn more about the human body.
