As a sufferer of Childhood Sexual Abuse, and having read a whole lot of books on the subject, this one definitely rates as one of the top contenders. Suitable for teenagers it provides clear and easy-to-understand language without seeming like a manual. It includes safety messages portrayed by cartoons, has a variety of topics that relate to sexual abuse and the feelings that linger for a long time afterwards, and generally makes you feel not so alone amongst the trauma of abuse. For me, this was a Godsend. I strongly recommend it to teenagers, and I'm sure family members and friends will get something out of this book also.
