– Customer review on 17/09/2006 This book is interesting and the diet really works, if you're doing it to lose weight! I put on 20 kilos with my pregnancy, started it soon after I gave birth and 3 months later I'm back to my original weight, without even exercising. You don't even have to eat less, just eliminate the foods that aren't good for you. Some foods for certain blood types increase your suseptibility to arthritis, thyroid dysfunction and other diseases. This is not just a theory as it is proven, also, my local blood donation bank has a copy and they reccomend it! Above all, I feel so much lighter and clearer on this new diet, which should really be termed: new lifestyle.
