– Customer review on 29/12/2007 This book is crammed full of all sorts of information on health and nutrition. There is everything from losing weight to vitamins and minerals and supplements, organic eating to how food can lose its vitamin content by sitting around for months before and after shipping before it reaches the supermarkets. However, there is some question as to the validity of some of Holford's claims in the book. But as with any book, the reader needs to take what is valid and true and reject what isn't. The only way to know the difference is by reading, studying, researching, and generally just aquiring knowledge through every means possible. Definitely an interesting book, worth reading.
