The book explains the process easily and well. adn the CD is great--I love these meditations. Morning one sets you up for the day and night time one is very soothing. I think very highly of Doreen Virtues work and have gained benefit from the CDs.

This is wonderful. Peaceful and reenergizing.
Learning to relax is a skill, practised daily it can improve of your life immensely. Are you stressed out when things go wrong or can you remain calm? Charka clearing helps to remove the negative energy we pick in everyday life, wether it's a mean boss or rude people in general or just busy schedule, these things can make you feel flat and down. take the time to listen to this each day morning and night you'll feel the difference. The more you love yourself the more you'll love your life. Restore your natural energy centres and you'll feel a little stronger than before. Doreen has a lovely voice too.

This is another lovely product by Doreen Virtue. What will she think of next? I find the book so helpful but the CD is the best! I use the CD mornings. I use it nightly just as I go to sleep. My day then becomes balanced but relaxed with my night filled with restful sleep. This is something that I never thought would be possible. I know so many people that have this book and CD so I can't be wrong!
