I wasn't sure what to expect with this book, since I had read that it didn't really add any new information to "The Power of Now", but I have found it to be an extremely powerful book. No, it doesn't really include anything new, but the message is presented in an entirely different way which I found shed fresh light and gave me new insights. If you enjoyed "The Power of Now", but feel like a refresher course, this book is great. Or if you were drawn to his previous books but never quite got round to reading them, this could be a good place to start. His message is, to be at peace, we must make peace with the present moment, in whatever form it appears.
