This book is really informative and really lets you know how many additives and preservatives there are in the food we eat. Many diseases and conditions have evolved over the years mainly due to this.
Worth a read if you value your life..
Its a great book I am first to acknowledge this.. however ....Its a book written like a dictionary that has great information in it however it needs to formated correctly. Printing lists and lists of additives and preservatives does make a book. It will not be a quick read at the shopping centre.. its a reference book, so get your pronunciation skills ready names like Distearyldimonium and study hard for the names in the supermarket that you will see scarily on the packets of food that we all buy often.
Book is a good read that will open your eyes and I hope open your minds to ask yourself why am I buying products with such additives when there are alterative options. Be informed read this book and choose for your self.
This is a wonderful reference book to food additives. My son wouldn't believe me that the flavour sachets in the instant noodles were bad for you so I showed him in the book the details on MSG. He was convinced!
