– Customer review on 03/03/2007 This is the epitomy of the whole "self-help-fab" thing. I read this book when i was in the buzz of self-help. It does keep you pretty motivated and has lots of interesting things "made up" by Anthony Robbins. But i found that these these kinds of books dont seem to click, you want more, and the more you read these self-help books you will find theyre based mostly on physical and mental improvement, but there is not much talk of spirit, soul, etc, etc...so it keeps you wanting more. I guess these books are were to start though as they open your mind, and gradually lead you to spiritual texts, if most people began to read something like the bhagavad gita (basically the bible of india), they wouldnt understand it and would probably think its crazy utter rubbish. So in that sense these books are great, most people understand it and "i-want-millions" then gradually will read better books if you have discrimination.
