At start of this book I struggled as I thought I have heard this before and then I couldnt put it down and in the end I didnt want it to end.

During troubled/stressful times Ekhardts words come to me and I have this change of attitude and peacefulness within.
I have been trying to be in the moment for years now, after reading Ekhardts 'power of now' and I feel like this new book has deepened my understanding and perhaps I ma ready for this deeper understanding as I can now really feel the difference in my life.

I came across a notice in my small town for a study group for the book and now I have met some amazing like minded people.

I read this book and couldn't help but notice that it was blending behavioral psychology with pickings of religious teachers. Nothing new.

I love Eckhart Tolle's writing style, speaking directly to me, explaining to me, and making me more aware of who I am... I found this book easy to read (re-read) even though, he is quite intense at times. It is a spiritual book, a book about awareness of who we are, about being aware enough to stop and appreciate the stillness around and in us. Highly recommonded to help you forget about the stuff, the stuff that really doesn't matter....

this book is amazing I CANT put it down .If you are living a stressfull life ,than this books for you .Its just about being in the moment and living simply, without judgement of yourself and others.And much,much more 10/10

It has helped me in my personal friendship, co-workers and even perfect strangers. The stress I used to feel in just everyday things (including traffic) has just melted away. At times it may start to return and I focus and recognize it for what it is and it goes away.If you find this book meaningless try it again in a few years at some point you will be ready.
