Defintely recommeded for parents of children who have anxiety. I work with children as a psychologist and this is the book I give parents to read when their child comes for treatment. The authors are very experienced and knowledgable about childhood anxiety so the book is based on good research and clinical experience. It is critical to the childs progress that parents manage the anxiety correctly, otherwise the work done in treatment sessions will not be effective, so helping parents to understand the prinicples of treatment and how to manage the child at home and at school is vital. Essential if you have an anxious child.
