This is a fabulous book for a novice sewer. It has heaps of funky, easy to sew projects and gives all the instuctions in easy to read language and diagrams. The photography is beautiful too and inspires you to have a go. And one of the best things about this book is the little pocket containing all the patterns for the projects - no photocopying patterns or trying to measure and draft your own. Would make an excellent gift. Highly recommended!

What a great book! Inspiring, full of gorgeous and simple fabrics, patterns and ideas in Lotta's style......this makes a wonderful book for the beginner or advanced sewer and is one of my favourite sewing books!

Beautifully styled and photographed as well

All the other reviews are spot on, beautiful photography, simple and stylish sewing ideas, excellent layout and the pattern pocket is fantastic. As a novice sewer I will be happily attempting all of the patterns over the next few months. The instructions are very clear and the section at the back with instructions for sewing techniques is very well written.

What a fantastic book for the novice sewer. The patterns are simple and clearly written, the projects are gorgeous and the ready to use patterns in the front pocket are very helpful. The layout and photography in the book are excellent and very simple. Highly recommended.
