This book is terrific. Almost any stain you can think of is in this book and if it's not, it will give you some ideas on what you can use to clean up the mess you have. Bi-carb soda and vinegar work wonders!!!

Another great book from Shannon Lush detailing, as the title suggests, how to get stains, scratches and smells out of almost anything. This is a must-have reference book for all of us who encounter domestic staining challenges day-to-day such as red wine, felt tip pen and candle wax. Written in an easy to read, no-nonsense style, this book is a real gem.

Great reference book! Makes you realise how easy stain removal can be with some simple must have basics in your pantry and cupboards. Who knew that bicarb soda and vinegar had so many stain removal possibilities!

Every home should have a copy of this book. It's a comprehensive guide to removing all kinds of stains, marks, moulds, smells and nasties in your home, on your clothes and also general instructions on how to clean anything from your piano to your mattress. The author, Shannon Lush, is an Australian who started off on a phone-in radio programme as the resident "stain removal guru" and was so popular that she consolidated her mine of knowledge into this book. Moths in your pantry? Lipstick on your carpet? Scratches on your stainless steel? This book holds the solutions.

This book is really useful for households everywhere. It is packed with cheap, easy and effective solutions to removing household stains, messes and pests. Like the earlier reviewer mentioned, I never knew there were so many uses for vinegar and bicarb. Great little book, worth its price as it help s extend the life of your belongings.
