I bought the book "MORE" Hot Stuff... first and really enjoyed reading it. Then I decided to buy this one as I though it would give me something different from the first. I was disappointed as it seemed to me like both were identical. MORE Hot Stuff... gave more strategies I guess but other then that, the body cues were the same, the intro was the same, the irrational vs the rational thoughts were the same. So, a little disappointed but maybe that's my fault as I read the books in the wrong order. So, if you are thinking of buying the book get the latest one for more of the strategies.
