With technology being so advanced and people relying on email and mobile phone sms and all the new fashion gadgets it is nice to get back to basics and remember the art of words. All the technology only adds to the fact that we sometimes lack the confidence and know how on how to approach people face to face and make conversation. This book guides you into feeling more confident in being able to approach people in different scenarios and positions and as it is an easy read i often photocopy particular points to give to my clients too.
