You can learn a lot from this book with many insights and an understanding of how people work which can also be applied to yourself!
Also a great confidence booster. Knowing what someone wants to hear before you actually talk to them? It makes such a 'scary' thing as talking to someone, seem a whole lot easier if not fun.

This book is fantastic! It is basically just a book of condensced common sense and home-grown wisdom. Applying the principles in this book has helped me immeasurably with my relationships, particularly in business and dealing with people who are upset with me. It is almost like a wordly Bible, full of (very true) suggestions for a happy and productive life.
