About the Author

HEATHER THANE is a teacher with Thames Valley District School Board, London, Ontario and a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. She is currently the Executive Director of Teenfire Leadership, and Editor and Creative Writer for Greatness Publishing. The books edited include, "The Twelve Spheres of Leadership" and "Unlock your Greatness". With a Master of Science Degree in Education, Heather has served as, Teacher at the Secondary, College and University levels, Curriculum Writer, Youth Motivational Speaker, and Caribbean Examination Council Marker, prior to migrating to Canada from Jamaica in 2007. She also taught and developed the curriculum for National Youth Service (NYS) and Management Institute for National Development (MIND). Fueled by her passion for making all students learn, Heather designed this Manual to help teachers, coaches, and leaders to Unlock their Greatness and in turn, teach students how to Unlock their Greatness and become great men and women in the world today.
