Chuck Liddlell is a living legend the king of MMA, perhaps one the greatest fighters in the UFC the insight thi man has into life is definetly something you can take away with after reading this book. Just by reading it you feel tougher. He definetly has a diffrent and inspirational view on life and has really changed the face of the UFC forever and it is easy to see why he is one of the most popular fighters alive. Definetly worth a read. A++

Don't buy this book if you are looking to become smarter, but if your after an insight about the man and his beloved UFC, very interesting indeed. I had no idea where the UFC came from or what these fighters where actually prepared to do. I hope i never have to square off with one..... as i would piss my pants
