This lovely book is a valuable resource for those who wish to assist, e.g. young and older teens, and adults, to grasp concepts surrounding their emotions; how to regulate feelings, thoughts and some behaviours associated with such.
By visually recognising the impact of any difficulties, such as anxiety or anger responses, and being able to produce a 'scale' of response to such, the learner is availed of the opportunity to help themselves self-regulate, recognise and pre-empt potential stressors and emotions.
