What I find so refreshing about a Kelley Armstrong book is that we get to investigate each character in depht and see the world through their eyes - this is the follow up to Dime Store Magic - Paige Winterbourne is not your average every day 20 somthing year old. She's a surrogate mother to the young prodigy Savanah, a computer genuis and the girlfriend of Lucas Cortez (lawyer). It's been great, reading about this young witch who becomes a true "Dont mess with me" Chick in this "Physco kill off all cabal young" world.
This is one of those "Ive got to have this" type boks.

An excellent read. This book introduced many different characters into the story, along with the previous characters from recent books. We look at more of the supernaturals in Kelley Armstrongs world, and we also get a look at the Cabal's, especially the Cortez's, Lucas' Family. The book starts of with a strong beginning and a great finish. I liked the way some of the old characters from previous books were brought into the story, but Lucas & Paige were the main characters of the story, along with a necromancer. This book is a must read, along with all the other Kelley Armstrong books.
