I really loved this book. I've looked into the power of intention before but what makes this book special is that it looks at actual scientific experiments which have been conducted and also mentions the results. It also gives us ideas and exercises to do alone. Another interesting point is that there's a website dedicated to intention which makes it a great place to apply what one learnt in the book and help with the intention

The book opens your mind to what is possible and shows us that there is so much out there and so much we might be able to do that we are only just beginning to understand.

Very interesting ideas put together with scientific evidences. The claims in this book are not based on personal experiences but real published studies that served as their premises. However, it has not revealed or explained the exact framework of intentional power in details. As in we know it works from the studies, we can roughly grasp on patterns of its way of conduct. But we still don't know the logic behind this unknown power, as questions are yet to be answered on the "hows" and "whys" of such new concepts. This does not mean the book is not worth reading, the book can play a pivotal role in initiating our awareness and interest towards the subject. It provides insights to those with sceptical minds, showing that such phenomenon do exist.
