Although I've always been interested in Buddhism, my knowledge on the topic was quite minimal, I never really took the time to learn much about it. The array of books on the subject is a bit overwhelming, to say the least. A friend loaned me this book and I must say, I found it quite helpful. A comprehensive yet concise starting point.
