I love this guys food, pukka tukka for everyone, even the beginner cook will be able to master these recipes. jaime olivers cookbooks are simply amazing. there is a recipe in here for every occasion. i get it out whenever i have guests over for dinner and i always get compliments on the meals and they're always eager to know what the recipe is and where they can find it! if you have his other books then this is a must have
