About the Author
Janella Purcell is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, medical herbalist, iridologist, and chef. She is the Nine Network's food editor/ naturopath and writes for "Woman's Day" and "Good Medicine" magazine. She has been working with whole foods since childhood and special diets for the past 10 years. Janella practices from her Natural Food and Medicine Store in Sydney. Janella also runs a cooking school where she teaches the fundamentals of fast, nutritious, and interesting food designed for the individual.
