About the Author

Wolfgang Korall is a photographer who specializes in Germany and Eastern Europe. He has published many travel books, picture books, and calendars and has contributed to books about East Prussia, the Mazurskie Lakeland, and Silesia. Georg Schwikart is a freelance author and publicist. In addition to his many books and articles for anthologies, newspapers, and magazines, he also writes for radio and television. He has contributed to books on Egypt, Brittany, Rome, and Turkey.
