The recipes are easy to follow and tasty. You will never have an excuse to have nothing to make with this cookbook close at hand. I also appreciate the little notes he leaves about each recipe.
I got this book for Christmas and I think it is FANTASTIC! It has so many recipes to choose from, and many alternatives to everyday classics. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are easy to find. The only downside is the lack of illustrations. Only a few of the recipes have an illustration to accompany it.
