About the Author

A graduate of Sciences Po, Paris, France, Murat Lama has long held positions of responsibility in a large investment bank. He has worked extensively in Asia, including in Singapore on a number of occasions, particularly in his role as Director of a Global Operational Efficiency Programme. He has managed international teams and specialised in the field of organisational effectiveness, in particular to understand the importance of corporate culture in their development. His broad experience enables him to carry out consulting missions in multicultural environments.
