My husband and I followed the diet for the term. We noticed lots of vitality and were very surprised that we were feeling more energetic despite the (mostly) "vegetarian" diet. I like the raw juice recipe's we have been doing them and suprisingly tasty. Very easy to read not to much medical jargon. I noticed that I have had more energy and felt more awake. I'm losing weight and keeping it off. Its really interesting to see how by keeping a healthy liver you can improve your health and vitality. Got this book of Dad who is a bit of a health freak but actually enjoyed it.
