"Living with IT" is a wonderful book for anyone wanting to understand and deal with Anxiety and Panic Attacks. It is written in a cartoon style which is easy and fun to read but contains realistic, practical information and suggestions for dealing with this debilitating condition. Useful for both the practitioner and the layperson - no clinical jargon, just fun, easy reading. Highly recommended.

This book is a "must read" for the person who has just been diagnosed with panic attacks. It's written beautifully in a light, concise, factual and easy to read way. When a person is first diagnosed with an anxiety disorder such as panic disorder, concentration can often be a struggle, so this book is ideal - few words on each pages, and delightfully illustrated. Highly recommend.

Bev Aisbett has a great way of putting into words and pictures the many strategies I have learned to overcome panic and anxiety disorder. She puts it in a way that 'sticks' and makes sense. The humour in it is a great healer too. Highly recommended.

I loved this book. you can totally relate to what shes saying whilst having a little giggle. The pictures etc make this book really fun to read and its put into terms that everyone can understand. I enjoyed reading this book so much that i now own five of her books. It may not cure your panic attacks but it gives you great ideas and good advice on how to achieve being able to control them.

An easy to read guide to understanding and overcoming issues related to anxiety and panic disorder.
Whilst this text doesn't go into great depths it does provide viable solutions to overcoming panic attacks and the anxieties associated with them. It is worth noting that the author has overcome her own issues with the illness and her light-heated approach to the subject will help any sufferer believe that there truly is a light at the end of the tunnel.
