This is quite good if you are a fan of tolkien-esq fantasy worlds. This book has real depth and is quite easy to read. One of the first books on an epic journey.

Magician is a fantasty epic. It tells the tale of Pug, who travels to the other world, where he becomes a Magician. The story is fast-paced and an excellent demonstration of Feist's talent as a writer. The world he creates is intense, and there are several moments in the novel that are charming, and powerful. I highly recommend this if you liked the first couple of The Wheel of Time books!
