I have to admit I'm not really a Martha Stewart fan (I think she comes across a bit arrogant on tv) but I do believe she employs skillful people. This is without a doubt my to go to cookie book. I love the idea that they have at the front an index categorized with the type of cookies and a picture of each one with the page number. My little ones take turns in looking at the front to pick which cookie I am to bake for the day. All the ones I have tried have been a huge success and look exactly like the picture. This is the 1st recipe book that I actually am buying another one just in case 20 years down the track my original falls apart and it is no longer in print. It not a hard cover but it's made of a soft cardboard, the front and back pages have an inside flap that you can open it up so you can use that as bookmarks. There is a huge range for everyones taste...It really is worth buying, I'm so glad I bought it.

A mouth-watering book with lots of delicious pictures to drive you into the kitchen! I am a Martha fan and I think this book is "fantastic" (as Martha would say). I will be baking out of this book for years. It will be a book to hand down the generations. This book contains a cookie to suit every mood and situation! The butter twists are a family favourite in our house already and I've only had the book for a week!

Being a Martha fan I had to get this book and it gives a great variety of cookie recipes. Perhaps not for complete beginners or people who want really easy recipes as some are complex and can be quite daunting. Also being in Australia, some ingriedients are not available, thus you may have to make a few alterations. The lime meltaways are delicious.

I love baking and I love cookies, plus I am quite Martha Stewart obsessed.
This book contains her best cookie recipes from the most chocolaty chocolate chip cookie to traditional German lebkuchen and so many more fabulous cookies. Honestly this is a book worth buying for anyone who dreams about cooking the most delicious cookies!!
