Fantastic book - this girl knows her stuff! I would recommend this book to anyone along with her two other books, but a word of warning...you need to put in the effort and be consistent to see results. A real eye opener on the effects of foods and chemicals and how it can upset the body's hormonal balance. You won't be disappointed with this book especially at this bargain price.

A good book, I read it in under a week.
Quite detailed but includes anecdotes and easy-explanations, and is basically easy to read.
I think it would be a difficult diet to follow strictly (you would need to carry around a 'bad' list constantly if you didn't have a photographic memory!), however the overall ideas and general diet (eating whole foods, fruit, veg, wholegrains, meat, eggs) is definitely a good idea and something I have already started implementing more in my own diet.
Would recommend for those who are interested in a healthy lifestyle, not a quick-fix to lose weight.

This book has helped me understand what is going on with my body.I went to a specialist and was told my hormones were all over the place. I now understand why my. I have begun the process of buying organic foods, will be hard to cut out everything, but at least it is a start. It is well worth reading to understand how everything affects our body.

This book goes beyond diet - It really helped me understand the physiology of my body - how it all works together like a well oiled machine - if I let it and give it what it needs - Thank you Jillian - Keep doing what you do - You're such an inspiration - I do grow a garden and preserve the excess for the winter so we always know what we are putting into our bodies - It was the processed "stuff" that was making life quick and easy that was causing the trouble - Not anymore!!

I'm loving what Jillian has done for me. This book makes so much sense. I have done only two things she said, cut diet coke and artificial sweetener and lost weight already!! Plus I feel more energetic and don't crave carbs in the afternoon.
