This is an amazing Book! A recollection of essays of different authors on the topic of the shadow, it covers the views of psychoanalysts, artist, sociologists, etc. and in all sorts of fields like relationship with your partner, mother or father, siblings, the society, the work environment, religion, the shadow in politics, our view of others, etc. To whomever whats to grow and know thyself better, this book will open your perspectives on what makes us tick and the world around us. it also offers plenty of resource on the matters of confronting the shadow, and making it your ally, and vanishing the fear we could have of seeing it face to face. a great tool for self-development!

I would recommend it to anyone. It keeps you interested and captivated. Whether it be for yourself or others, it's a must have. This book is fantastic. It is definitely worth buying.
