what a great book, although the pages are rather thin this book is definatly big on value.
All exercises are clearly explained as well as providing alternative exercises you may not have considered before.
Also provides meal ideas, exercise routine ideas. Great book on diet, health and exercise which i have enjoyed using.
Wont be spending money on buying more exercise magazines as this book has all you need.
