I read this in one day and recoomend it highly. This book is similar to JR ward's pararnormal series - but this author's characters are a lot harder - if you haven't read previous books in this series I really recommend you buy them. This book (&series ) has it all, action, romance and a great story . I cannot wait for the next one. Teagan is a big bad & stoic character and Elie's character has had to change from a woman kept on a pedestal to a woman challenged strongly determined to exact her revenege regardless of the cost to herself....a great read

I would say this is one of the best in the series as it takes the main 2 characters Tegan and Elise who are emotionless, strong, determined and changes their mindset to actually feel emotion again. Has a sad side to both of them and they find happiness in each other. Still has action, and the strong other characters who belong to the order and their mates. Easy story to read, not to intense and I would love to see the orders compound.
