About the Author

Dr Michael Sinclair is a Consultant Counselling Psychologist, a Senior Practitioner on the Register of Psychologists Specialising in Psychotherapy and the Clinical Director of City Psychology Group Josie Seydel is a Counselling Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 1995 and has been a Chartered Psychologist since 2003.
