highly recommend this adorable book with its different toys,such fun to make them and grandkids LOVED the critters.very easy patterns to follow,easy to make.

Just like its predecessor, More Softies is a really excellent resource for those people who want to be sew their own. Not all the toys appeal to me, but the ones that do more than make up for that and I'm sure there are other people who love the ones I don't like! So far I've only made Little Pup, but it was straight-forward and turned out beautifully. The instructions for all the patterns are clear and well set out so there's not much confusion as to what to do next, although I must say that some of these toys are definitely not for beginners. However, some are so it's a book for all skill levels and once you've done a few simpler ones then more difficult ones are well within reach. Highly recommend both it and 'Softies'

This book is a great follow on from the original Softies book with lots more quirky friends to make. As with the first book I found the the patterns and instructions easy to follow. Each toy pattern has recommendations of what modifications to make if it is a gift for a baby (to make it safe). There are patterns for beginners and the more experienced sewers alike. I made 3 of the toys in the week that I received it and I would only consider myself a moderately experienced sewer/toy maker. This would make a fantastic gift for a crafty friend, or even for yourself.

I had a ball making the quirky and unique characters featured in this book. The beauty of this is how customisable they are, just some new fabric and its a whole new softie. Instructions were clear and concise and just a bit of all round fun - great for gifts!
