He then went into a trialand-error period of several years and developed a complete system of selling that made him a top producer without cold calling. Author of the self-published sensation Cold Calling Is A Waste Of Time, Frank lives in Phoenix, Arizona, where he is a partner in several businesses including an insurance agency, a telecom services provider, and, of course, his sales training company, which strives to educate all salespeople that there are much better ways to prospect than cold calling. Never cold call again. Sell instead. This book has a lot of hype about all very little. But in the end he simple suggests advertising rather than cold calling. If you have never done any advertising before or are new to business then you may be able to sift through all the hype and learn some of the basics of advertising. Dont bother signing up for the email newsletter either. Waste of time

Never cold call again- sell instead. This is what this book is about. Despite all his hype there is no wonder solution presented. If you dont know much about how to advertise or the various option available then this book will teach you the basics of advertising. Basics. Nothing more really. It has some fairly solid good material but just basic, nothing new, nothing advanced. That is once you read past all the hype....so much hype.

So if your totally new to business and never done advertising this may be useful (though Im sure the author didnt intend it for this use)
