I'd come across some of Claudia's recipes a little while ago and was mighty impressed - as were the people I cooked them for. So the new book is a welcome addition. Very much more than just a collection of recipes this book contains a lot of interesting anecdotes and historical and cultural references An absolute delight and a relief to move away from western-influenced diet e.g. onion, carrot and celery. You'll need to stock up on a new array of basics, though, such as cinnamon, coriander and orange blossom water! If you like cooking and experimenting this is for you - some of these dishes are sensational and most not overly challenging. Also pretty healthy.
