This book is FANTASTIC. Recipes are all quick and easy and mostly use common ingredients. This book is great for a couple as most recipes serve 2. Definately a 'week night' cookbook as you don't have to spend hours slaving over the stove to get a yummy healthy meal.

Fantastic book full of inspiration. I love the meals where I can just pick up a bit of roast chicken and whip up a meal for myself in no time. SO MANY of the recipes appeal1 I love that each chapter has a cheats section full of quick and easy ideas. This is a must have!
