The best cookbook I've ever seen. In depth, the recipies are authenic, and there's so many to choose from you'll never need another cookbook. The writers have also suggested replacements for ingredients that are not common in Australia, and there is a recipe for nearly any ingredient. I would recommend everyone would have a copy of this cookbook at home.

The biggest cookbook I have ever seen. If you have this cookbook I can’t see why you would ever need another one (2000 recipes is A LOT).
It has a lot of the foundation recipes for basic stuff like pasta and even cakes, which was handy for me because I am just learning how to cook!
