I love this book. It is a must have book. It doesn't take a lot of time to read but it is full of information and that information will help you become a better manager. I have applied what I learned from this book at work and family and it works most of the times.

Simple to understand ideas that are important to running any type of business. I've seen my manager recommend this book to her team leaders. It's short & sweet to read, so won't take up too much of your time. You can also check out the other one minute manager books if you're after more tips & tricks on being efficient.

This is a great book for anyone in business. It teaches you how to streamline everything. you wills ave time and money with this book. Productivity will be increased because the concept is so simple. it is easy top read and to follow and is a must read for anyone in or wanting to be in management.
