An excellent book and DVD for personal trainers or anyone serious about strength training. You will learn both good and bad form with certain exercises which makes it easy to pinpoint what you are doing wrong. The DVD is useful for personal trainers in showing them various assessment procedures to go through before prescribing clients with exercises. Highly Recommended!
