The author Jomo, K.S.was Professor in the applied economics deaprtment, university of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and senior visiting research fellow, Asia research institute.Erik Reinert, is professor of economics at the University of Oslo and heads the canon foundation in Oslo.
