This is another excellent book from Sally Wise. There are recipes for preserves (including jams, pickles, sauces, dried and bottled fruit), then at least 4 recipes that include each preserve in them. This is great for anyone who loves to make preserves but then isn't sure what to do with them... The recipes are easy to follow and I love the story around each one. There is also a section on preserving basics and a comprehensive table on what may go wrong with your preserves and what may cause this to happen. I borrowed this from the library initially but it has become a must-buy!
