This is an excellent book with a very sensible and easy approach. Pete Egoscue writes well and there is enough info to keep you intrigued to know more.
I recommend it to anyone who is tired of chronic pain or looking to live a healthy life for longer!
I had this book recommended to me by someone else who had success with the Egoscue methods. I like his systematic approach to stopping pain but most of all I believe his theory with regard to realigning the body in the first instance, having tried various other conventional approaches to ongoing problems with my foot, is the prime reason for my recovery. I have noticed big improvements and I would recommend this book to others. My very athletic sons now have a copy of this.
This is a fantastic book! The exercises are simple and really do work (but of course only if you do them). I have a shoulder injury that no amount of massage, scenar therapy or rehabilitation has helped. The exercises in this book have been nothing short of AMAZING in reducing my pain, very empowering. I am a remedial therapist and have recommended this book to all my clients.
