I absolutely loved this book. To finally have some answers into how one person or a crowd of people effect you and the way you feel was great. It gives many insights into how you feel and how to train yourself to be more aware of energy of others around you. Worth reading a few times to really get it to sink in. We all do have personal power, this book helps you to tap into that.

I love Sonaya, her message, and how she presents it. Very empowering and inspiring book to uncover and discover the spiritual, positive, powerful You! She presents an idea as an affirmation and then gives great examples and exercises to help you understand it and put it into practice. A great book for your bookshelf to read again and again.
