Great book - have read it twice already. It is great to have an insight into how your child is thinking an how to bring out their best, no matter what their personality is.
This is a great book for teaching parents and others how to deal with different children and understanding why they react differently in different situations. You cannot change them but must learn to work with them, and understand how they tick.
Can be hard to follow what you have learnt, but very interesting book.

This book starts with a test to see which category your personality fits into. Once your personality has been put into the 4 different groups it then explains the charectoristics of these groups. The benifits of this is that you begin to understand why you react to things in the way that you do. You will also recognise these charectoistics in others which will help you in dealing with them
