I really found this book Write Great Fiction by James Scott Bell a godsend for the amount of detail, and information about writing stories and novels that is covers. It is useful for creative ideas, structuring your writing and gives examples and references from other great novels of ways the styles are used. An important book to read for budding writers, people studying arts/communications at uni or even HSC students wanting to improve there writing skills.
