Sometimes reading is just for fun and that exactly what these books are. Fast paced plots and easy to follow stories (though not simple) plus a very sassy though flawed heroine made these first three Plum novels some of the best books I've read in a while.
I thoroughly enjoyed Stephanie Plum's character. She had all the "bad ass"-ness required, though often fumbled her way through the action making it much more believable than the invincible hero who never makes any mistakes.
I found the whole bounty-hunter thing intriguing and all the characters were interesting and had a little depth. Some parts of these books were so funny I found myself laughing out loud (especially her family)!
Would recommend to anyone looking for great reading from an author who doesn't take herself too seriously.
