As this book listing has no actual description of at the actual book is about I thought that I would give readers a vague idea of what the book is based on and the concepts, as well as letting everyone know what I personally thought of it.
The book is based on dealing with a 'work place psycho', a work mate that is badly behaved and hard to deal with.... The book explains the traits and characteristics and behaviours of this type of person, what to expect and the signs and symptoms.
Personally I would rate it is a 6.8 out of 10 - the reason being is that the author should point out that sometimes 'the workplace psycho' only exhibits some of these characteristics and symptoms, and the workplace psycho doesnt necessarily have all of the symptoms listed.
